During the War of Spanish Succession (1701-1714) Cavalry comprised about 30% to 40% of most armies.  There were many terms used to describe cavalry including horse, cuirassiers, dragoons, horse grenadiers, light horse and hussars.  Wargames Factory has produced a set that should meet the needs of nearly every army fielded by the majority of armies in this European conflict.    
 
Our long anticipated War of Spanish Succession Cavalry set can be made into 12-Horsemen and comes with 12-horses, 12-sets of legs for riders, over 50-torsos (including armored torsos for cuirassiers) and over 60-heads (including tri-corn, helmeted, grenadier and dragoon headwear).  They can be armed with a brace of pistols, muskets/carbines and/or swords.  Heads and accessories are interchangeable with the WSS Infantry set for even more options!  Models come with 25mm x 50mm cavalry bases and are supplied unpainted.  Models require assembly.

OK just the sheer number of extras is pretty amazing. I cant wait until some of the many talented painters out there get some and put them online.

Now I can't resist any longer I am going to have to go out and buy some probably quite a few in fact. I like the box art by the way much less of the toy look about it when compared to the infantry where it really doesn't do them justice.

If i used the bodys from the shock trooper heavy weapons crew would they fit with the riders legs to make stormtrooper cavalry.
